Products and Services
H&M is a high-street fashion brand that has thousands of stores worldwide. It brings the latest trends and styles straight from the catwalk to the general public for an affordable price.H&M products are known for being on trend, affordable and high quality .As a shopper at the H&M myself i can safely state that the products are great, I have been shopping at H&M for years and really love the products. H&M’s products range in Women’s, Men’s , Kid’s and Home.
Buildings and Environments
The interior of the H&M stores are set up with quite dull lightings and dark shaded walls with spotlights over their displays. I think H&M do this to recreate a fashion runway . Each section of products , for example, ladies,men and children ,is clearly shown around the store to help customers get the specific area they are looking for. The employees uniform is the actual H&M products to promote and model .

Communication materials are anything that the brand gives out that has the brands marque on it therefore promoting the brand..Examples of H&M’s communication materials are:


Behaviour
A brands employees are crucial to the brands perception that they give to their customers. In-store employees are the ones who are face to face with the public and therefore are brand representatives. Personally, I think a brand that has excellent customer service is WHSmith, they seem to be interested in the customers .
Marque
In 1947, Hennes women’s clothing store opened in Vasteras, Sweden. In 1968, founder Erling Persson buys Mauritz Widforss, a hunting and fishing equipment store. Sales of men’s and children’s clothing begin. The name is changed to Hennes & Mauritz. The marque of H&M is made up from the initials of the two companies brought together. At the time of H&M's originally opening in 1947, the marque was just ‘Hennes’ but when the owner bought over Mauritz Widforss, the two initials were combined to create the current logo.

Chanel is very high class designer premium brand which is very expensive. It was founded in 1909 by Coco Chanel. Chanels product ranges between handbags, make-up, jewellery, perfume, clothing for women and woman.
Buildings and Environment
Chanel stores and make up counters have bright white lighting and black counters and walls which is inkeeping with the theme of the marque, classic black and white. Staff uniforms are also black and white and smart tailoring.

Services
Mary’s Meals provides daily meals to chronically hungry children in a place of learning. In this way the hungry child is attracted to the classroom where they can gain a better future for themselves and their community.The main focus of Mary’s Meals is our school feeding programmes but we also have a long history of providing emergency relief to vulnerable regions around the world.Mary’s Meals is committed to ensuring the safety and well-being of children in all the contexts in which we work.

Mary Meals brand the places they are helping with their marque and the uniforms that the staff wear are light blue t-shirts with the Mary’s marque on it which is very inkeeping with the inspiration of the marque.

Marque
The idea of Mary’s Meals came from UK businessman, Tony Smith. He would say it was the inspiration of the Virgin Mary.Tony Smith had also been touched by a small village in Bosnia called Medjugorje, where it is claimed the Virgin Mary has been appearing since 1981.The marque of Mary’s Meals it's simply their name and they kept the colour scheme quite simple and related to their inspiration which is ladies light blue which is colour that symbolises Mary Mother of Jesus.

Their mission is to enable people to offer their money, goods, skills, time, or prayer, and through this involvement, provide the most effective help to those suffering the effects of extreme poverty in the world’s poorest communities..
Turnbull High School 
Services
Turnbull High School is a secondary school situated in the heart of Bishopbriggs. The service they provide a highly recommended education programme.
Buildings and Environments
The school environment is very much inspired by their marque . The interior is different shades of blue, the same shades as the school marque. The uniforms of the pupils are also tied in with the school marque , the dress code is light blue shirts paired with black skirt and trousers. The school tie is split into two styles, first to fourth years , which is designed with the same two blue shades that are on the school marque with yellow strips in between the blue stripes. The senior tie is dark blue with the school marque on it.

Behaviour
The schools teachers are extremely caring and professional. At my time at the school I developed very close bonds with some of my teachers and now have left I consider them friends. The school is a very warm and welcoming place, not only are the teachers very nice and polite, the pupils are also. Bishopbriggs is a small community so the friendships you build with fellow pupils stay with you throught life. The teacher and pupils have very good relationships and work together to ensure that the school is perceived to be a good one.
Marque
The marque of the school is the shape of a shield and features three bull's heads which are based on the Coat of Arms of Bishop Turnbull. The colours in the marque are used to represent Mary, Mother of Jesus, known as "Our Lady's Blue".

The schools motto is Respice Fine which is Latin for look to the end
